This project releases the latent potential of wasted space in central Winchester, regenerating a run-down 1960s development and creating a new public area that provides outside seating for local cafes and restaurants.
Strategic alterations define the space as a destination in its own right, and provide significantly improved pedestrian access physically and visually.
