Set within a grade 2 listed mill, a Site of Specific Scientific Interest (SSSI), and a Special Area of Conservation (SAC), this sensitive restoration project provides a contemporary interior that contrasts with the historic structure. Containing a personal office and gym, the mill is connected to a new changing pavilion with a frameless glass link that bridges the millstream.

The millrace is used to generate hydropower, a sustainable solution that will produce more electricity that needed by the building. Excess power will be supplied back to the grid.
