The Looking Glass project is a world-wide proposal, using readily available technologies for the benefit of the global community.

The proposal consists of 24 pavilions, one in each time zone around the globe. Sited in recognisable locations, each pavilion is a live, real-time video link to the other 23 pavilions, allowing the spectator to interact directly with those at any of the other locations.

Representing one complete revolution of the earth on its axis, each of the 24 pavilions reveal all hours of day and night, simultaneously. With a sunrise and sunset always present, a perpetual dawn passes gently from frame to frame.
