With Architecture PLB

Dating from the 1960s, the sports facilities at Winchester College have become out-of-date and over-subscribed, limiting the College's ability to meet its high standards. The project aims to renew and extend the existing facilities, including a new entrance foyer and reception area, a climbing wall, 6 new changing rooms, an new 33 x 37m sports hall, a new gym and dojo, a new swimming pool viewing gallery, and new staff areas.

Situated within the double-height entrance foyer, the climbing wall encloses the reception area and dojo above.

The new sports hall also acts as an examination hall, and provides a place for whole school gatherings.
